Rob Hyams

Rob is president of McMillan, an Ottawa-based business-to-business (B2B) creative agency with 60 full-time staff and numerous part-time contractors. Prior to taking over the helm from founder Gordon McMillan in the summer of 2014, Rob was vice president of strategic services, building the agency’s strategic branding, messaging, and media capabilities. He has extensive experience in B2B marketing, having worked with many global enterprises, including Intuit, LexisNexis, Schneider Electric, Unify, and Commvault. Rob is a creative strategist, bringing a keen eye and strong understanding of creative execution to all that he does. He holds a BCom from the Telfer School of Management and counts skiing, ultimate, and cooking among his hobbies. He is currently learning to play piano and guitar.
