Michael McFaul

Michael has been with Deloitte for over 25 years. He specializes in large scale transformation programs, working hand-in-hand with clients to improve their business performance in support of strategic objectives. Michael focuses on issues related to governance, program and project management, organization design, performance management, operations reviews, cost reduction, culture change, workforce transition, communications and team development. He has deep and relevant experience working with global multi-national corporations and with Canadian Crown Corporations and Federal Government Departments. He is currently Director of Operations for the Ontario Region. He is a Certified Management Consultant and former Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the TelferSchool of Management. He is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation and has been the Chair of the Clinical Trials Cancer fundraiser for the past four years. Michael is married to Cheryl McFaul, and they have two children.
