Frederic Michel

Frédéric Michel is Director, Strategy & Business Planning for Yellow Media Inc. He holds an MBA from University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, where he also teaches part-time, and an engineering degree from ITECH in France.

Before joining Yellow Media, Frédéric was Senior Manager, Advisory Services at KPMG in Montreal. His professional background includes positions at Bombardier inc. in Montreal, Delphi Corporation in Luxembourg as well as Geka Brush and TRW in Germany.

Deeply involved in his community, Mr. Michel is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of The KANPE Foundation. In the past, he served as President of the Young Chamber of Commerce of Montreal and as First Vice-President of the Regroupement des jeunes Chambres de commerce du Québec. Mr. Michel also sat on the boards of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montréal, the Fédération des Chambres de commerce du Québec, the Foundation for the Study of Processes of Government in Canada (Forum for Young Canadians) and Circuit-Est Centre chorégraphique. In 2008, Frédéric Michel received the Association des MBA du Québec’s Prix Tremplin in the Consulting category.
